Compositional rules in photography are everywhere and can be created using anything and everything. One of the compositional rules I used in my pictures was in the first one, I used the rule of thirds composition. In a picture, it is "divided" into three sections; the left side, center, and the right side. With the branch, it is in the center section thus giving it the compositional rule of thirds. The artist we emulated is named David Hockney. He was born in England in 1937. He went to art school in London and then moved to Los Angeles to further pursuit photography. He does lifestyle photography, but makes them into what he called joiners which is just photo collages.
I did this project by taking pictures of things I found that was beautiful around me.
